Our reputation is extremely important to us, maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website is key. Any personal data shared with us will not under any circumstance be sold or leased to other organisations and as a business, we will only work with companies that are compliant with the new GDPR

The personal Data we collect about you

I will collect various forms of data such as;

  • Names/Addresses/Contact information

  • I may ask for ages and genders who will be participating in the photo shoot

  • Notes taken throughout conversations to help provide the services and products requested.

 

How we store your data?

All photographs will be stored indefinitely on Sue Freeman Photography password protected computer.  Copies will also be kept on external hard drives.

How long do we keep your data?

We will keep images indefinitely should you require copies in the future.  Your personal data will be held for up to 1 year from your initial enquiry.
